  I have a horrible experience with Dr. Paul B Langer’s office. I first called in to see if they took my insurance in which I gave the admin my insurance company information/ member ID info and she proceeded to look up my insurance/deductible. She said they take my insurance but I will have a $500 deductible due the day of the root canal. I understand my insurance doesn’t fully cover all cost but I could live with $500. The day of the appointment 10/31/2017, I double checked with the admin about my insurance info again, they take down my insurance info/ confirm again that yes all you have to pay is $500 deductible and proceed to get my root canal. Then about 6 months later I’m getting a bill for the remaining balance of $1303.70 because my insurance does not work with their office and only paid out a small portion. They were not truthful and now Paul Langer’s office is charging me a ridiculous amount! I would never have gotten my service here had I known the insurance wasn’t accepted here. They said it was accepted and confirmed twice that I only had a $500 deductible. They use unethical and malicious tactics to get clients in the office and then tell them everything is covered when it’s not.
