  If you want flexible sculpted body, energized and positive start for your day, this place is for you. I have chronic joint and lower spine problems, so there is little selection of sports that I can do. Tai Chi works best for me, actually I'm addicted to it. Session consist of warming and building muscles, stretching tendons, positively charging your mind and inner "batteries". After Tai Chi class my day seems more organized, I'm more productive, and I feel the right amount of "muscle joy" in those areas, where exercise routine was focused that day. Every class offers new movements, new challenge for brain and body. Every class is educational. Instructor pays close attention to correctness of every move - this is the only activity that improves condition of my problematic spine, I feel better after exercise, can move better through my day, feel less pain, whole body feels rejuvenated and never tired.
  P.S. The cleanliness and pure air was one of the reasons I chose this place. With my seasonal and mold allergies in 1 min. I could tell which place has moldy air filter in their heating or cooling systems. While exercising in white socks I never had any stains in them; there is no smell of sweat, nothing that would trigger even such a fussy person like me.
